The 20V MAX* XR Brushless 1-1/8 in. Rotary Hammer is a high-performance drill powered by a brushless motor and a durable German-engineered mechanism, delivering 3.5 Joules of impact energy. The lightweight design makes this rotary hammer ideal for structural connections, beam column anchorage, rod hanging, seismic safety attachments, cable tray strut mounting, and steel stanchion mounting. It is part of the PERFORM and PROTECT product line, integrated with the Anti-Rotation E-CLUTCH System and the SHOCKS ACTIVE VIBRATION CONTROL System. E-CLUTCH protects the user in bind-up situations by stopping the rotation of the bit. SHOCKS reduces vibration felt by the user at the handles, compared to rotary hammers without this feature. This hammer becomes OSHA Table 1 Compliant when used with the DWH304DH On Board Extractor.
